POLICY OF COMMITMENT TO THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF WORK
BRASFORMA INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD is committed to the essential requirements of labor in accordance with national legislation, creating control mechanisms to identify, combat, and eliminate any type of practice or attitude that violates these requirements, including but not limited to:

Use of child labor and its worst forms, and not employing workers under the age of 16 except in apprentice roles as permitted by national legislation;

Use of any form of forced or compulsory labor;

Use of physical or sexual violence;

Withholding/inclusion of mandatory employment fees and/or payment of deposits to start or maintain employment;

Restriction of mobility/movement;

Retention of personal identity documents; and

Threats, abuse, and coercive authority.
BRASFORMA INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD ensures that labor relations are voluntary and based on mutual consent, with no threat or penalty, thereby ensuring:

No discrimination in employment and occupation;

No discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender, or race;

Workers may establish or join organizations of their own choosing;

There is no intimidation or retaliation against workers for participating in such organizations;

Leaders of such organizations are not dismissed or removed from their positions;

Collective bargaining rights are exercised in labor activities and organizational decisions affecting workers;

Discrimination is replaced by mutual respect.
BRASFORMA INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD ensures that it negotiates in good faith with legally established worker organizations and/or duly elected representatives, committed to reaching fair agreements with workers. Collective bargaining agreements are implemented where they exist.
